On behalf of the small group of parishioners who have written this Plan, welcome to the site we have prepared to help you find out as much - or as little - about the Plan as you want to .
We hope you will find the site interesting, informative and easy to use, and most of all, if you live in Saham Toney, that you will feel the Plan represents the village as well as it's intended to.
We got involved as we care about the future of Saham Toney, but this is not our plan, it's the village's. Its whole foundation is the responses villagers have given to earlier consultations. From those we established what the most important issues are to villagers, and then wrote policies to ensure those issues are tackled. All that has had to be done in a tight regulatory framework and with the most robust evidence we could come up with.
