SITE SELECTION REPORT
None of the sites put forward were shown unanimously by all four independent site assessments to be absolutely suitable for allocation in the Neighbourhood Plan. All sites had various constraints that prevented that in at least one of the assessments; some which may readily be mitigated; some that require further evidence in order to be mitigated; and some which cannot be mitigated.
Hence as shown in the site selection process flowchart, it has been necessary to undertake a process of site selection.
