DRAFT REGULATION 15 NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN AS CONSIDERED BY HRA & SEA
The Habitats Regulations and Strategic Environmental Assessments of the Neighbourhood Plan first considered the second Regulation 14 pre-submission version of the Plan (as published 19 August 2019)
Updates were then made to the Plan as part of its development towards a third Regulation 14 pre-submission, taking into account the recommendations of the two environmental reports. Further environmental assessment was then undertaken on that draft updated Regulation 14 version of the Plan. No further recommendations concerning the Neighbourhood Plan were made in those updated reports
Following the third Regulation 14 consultation, a 'Health Check' of the Plan the Regulation 15 version of the Neighbourhood Plan was prepared, and as a consequence the two environmental reports were updated again where necessary. No additional recommendations concerning the Plan were made in either updated report.
