DRAFT REGULATION 14 NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN AS CONSIDERED BY HRA & SEA
The Habitats Regulations and Strategic Environmental Assessments of the Neighbourhood Plan first considered the second Regulation 14 pre-submission version of the Plan (as published 19 August 2019)
Updates were then made to the Plan as part of its development towards a third Regulation 14 pre-submission, taking into account the recommendations of the two environmental reports
Further environmental assessment was then undertaken on that draft updated Regulation 14 version of the Plan.
