DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT
You have probably seen recent news about new EU data protection regulations (GDPR), which come into force on 25th May 2018.
We temporarily hold personal data that villagers have provided when completing various questionnaires.
Our GDPR Statement given below explains what data we hold and why, how we store it, how we use it, and when and how it will be deleted. Ideally we should keep the data until the Plan is formally approved, as evidence that questionnaire responses are genuine.
However you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Should you wish to do so please email us at stnp2036@gmail.com to let us know and we will delete your information. Unfortunately we would also have to delete your questionnaire response(s) in this case, simply because we would no longer be able to prove to Breckland Council that it was a valid response.
