General Locality grant (paid in 4 stages): £9,000
Local Authority grant (50% of general locality grant): £4,500
Locality grant for inclusion of site allocations: £8,000
Locality grant for inclusion of affordable housing for sale: £10,000
Top-up to general Locality grant (to assist in face of Covid-19): £1,000
TOTAL: £32,500
