NOTE: A revised version of the NPPF was published on 20 July 2021, but since that was after the completion of the examination of the Neighbourhood Plan, it did not apply retrospectively. In practice none of the amendments would have resulted in changes to the Neighbourhood Plan, other than some cross-reference revisions as certain paragraph numbers in the NPPF were changed. For reference that updated version of the NPPF is given below:
