SAHAM TONEY HOUSING NEEDS ASSESSMENT
UPDATED VERSION: 3rd Edition, APRIL 2020
Below you can download the Parish Housing Needs Assessment, which demonstrates that local housing needs differ from those overall for the Breckland District, with a need for more smaller, lower cost homes to offset the current imbalance of homes of 4 or more bedrooms that many local people cannot afford or which are unsuitable for those wishing to downsize their properties.
This is an updated edition, revised in accordance with the recommendations of a professional review carried out by 'Cambridgeshire Acre' in February-March 2020
Note: The second edition (May 2019) was formally approved by the Parish Council and accepted by Breckland Council as a material consideration in its planning decisions. This version will be considered for adoption at the Parish Council's meeting on 1 June 2020
