EARLIER VERSIONS OF THE PLAN REFERENDUM VERSION
This version was published by Breckland Council, and includes some typographical errors the Council created in the original file provided by the STNP work group SUBMISSION / EXAMINATION VERSION
This version of the Plan was submitted to Breckland Council (together with its supporting documents) at Reg. 15 on 11 October 2020. Then on 29 October 2020 it was formally published by Breckland Council for a 6-week public consultation period (Reg. 16) that ran until 10 December 2020. Responses to that consultation, and the Plan submitted at Reg. 15 formed the basis for the subsequent examination 3rd PRE-SUBMISSION VERSION

OTHER KEY STAGES IN THE PLAN'S PREPARATION REFERENDUM RESULT
The referendum on the Neighbourhood Plan was held on 26 October 2021. The % "Yes" vote was the highest for any neighbourhood plan in Norfolk, and among the best 5% results from nearly 1300 neighbourhood plan referendums held in England up to that date REFERENDUM INFORMATION STATEMENT
Breckland Council published this statement on 16 September 2021, confirming its decision to hold a referendum on the Plan EXAMINATION REPORT
This examination report was published on 13 July 2021, and following its acceptance by Breckland Council and Saham Toney Parish Council, its recommendations formed the basis for changes made to the submission version of the Plan to create the referendum version EXAMINATION DOCUMENTS
Examination of the Neighbourhood Plan commenced on 11 January 2021 and was completed on 13 July 2021. It was carried out by John Slater BA(Hons), DMS, MRTPI. Prior to the publication of a final examination report, the examination process included: Initial comments by the examiner following his review of the documents and consultation responses; A public online verbal hearing on 17 February 2021; A visit to the Parish by the examiner on 29 March 2021; Additional comments by the examiner following his visit; Publication of a draft exam report for fact checking All correspondence and documents that were exchanged during the examination can be found HERE REG. 16 CONSULTATION RESPONSES
This file contains responses to the consultation made by Breckland Council, Cadent Gas, Highways England, Collective Community Planning (on behalf of a site owner), the Water Management Alliance, Anglian Water, Natural England, the National grid, Norfolk County Council, Historic England, a District Councillor and a parishioner.
